One-Word Identifier: Strategist

Bio: At the outset of her professional career, Leigh joined Ubisoft, where she contributed to the communities of various acclaimed games such as Far Cry 5, Steep, Ghost Recon Phantoms, and VR titles such as Werewolves Within and Star Trek: Bridge Crew. Throughout her career, she took on several roles, including Marketing Director and Producer, which helped her discover her innate talent for project management. She has honed the ability to orchestrate even the most turbulent of environments, earning her a reputation as a specialist in organizing chaos.

Fun Fact: Leigh has unintentionally accrued a rounded experience with swords ranging from completing a fencing course, learning the ancient art of samurai kendo during a class in Japan, and saber-spinning in color guard.

Favorite Game: Fallout 3 & Horizon Zero Dawn

Studio Hermitage is a North Carolina-based transmedia company working on original Intellectual Property called "Our Brilliant Ruin" for production across a number of formats including video games and print. We are excited to be fully funded by and part of Amplifier Game Invest and are proud to be part of the Embracer Group of companies. Under the leadership of game development veterans Paxton Galvanek (CEO), Justin Achilli (CCO) and Andy Foltz (Studio Art Director), Studio Hermitage aims to build a lasting creative game company, creating new IPs for a wide range of platforms and formats. The founding trio has a combined experience from the game/creative industry of over 70+ years.


For those wondering, a Hermitage is a secluded, peaceful getaway and with this studio, we hope to create a unique environment giving creative professionals the opportunity to make something truly groundbreaking.  At Studio Hermitage, our mission is to tell engaging stories and give players the tools to tell their own. Our studio wants every Hermit to find their own hermitage, their own safe and comfortable space where they can exercise creative freedom and share their voice to contribute their unique perspective to the greater storytelling whole.
